Returns
You may return unopened, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in the original packaging
Include your order number or proof of purchase
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process and provide a return address.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Used products
Opened cosmetics, skincare, or beauty tools
Items returned after 14 days of receipt
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.
Please note:
We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product or shade, please get in touch within 14 days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
